Trav is leaving for Madrid on 4/24 and I'm going on the 29th. Since he just found out about this trip this morning, we have no itinerary yet, but the plan is to spend the weekend in Viejo Madrid and then the following week driving around the countryside.

If the DAMNED terrorists (sorry Sluggo) start blowing things up again and this trip gets cancelled like the Thailand trip did, I'm going to be really pissed!

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I realized on the way home that our travels really aren't the percursor of doom and gloom. In 2002 I made three trips to Connecticut, and then we went to New Orleans.

Then in 2003 we went to the Bahamas.

I think the world will be safe.
